Hi, I’m Emily Ruth Crinklaw — Holistic Health Coach and founder of Emily Ruth Health.

After 15 years in medical imaging, I left hospital work behind to help women create health from the inside out. I hold a Master’s in Health & Wellness Coaching from Maryland University of Integrative Health and specialize in helping women reach their ideal weight and balance their hormones for good — easing menopause symptoms and eliminating period problems in the process.
